Sir David Montgomery: Former Perth and Kinross Lord Lieutenant remembered for his ‘dry wit’

The 9th Baronet of Stanhope, who has died at 95, was a soldier, farmer and distinguished public servant who served as Lord Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross and chairman of the Forestry Commission.
